Again, its about substance not style...unless you are a lefty I guess. Bush hammered home his core beliefs...and showed that Kerry flips and flops and really has none. Key point of this election. Kerry also made a major gaffe with his "global test" nonsense. As for Art Cashin his point about 15 of the last 16 election rallies point to the incumbent winning is very powerful history...no matter whether you accept it or not.
