Personally I don't care about the charts at all. However I (and many of the other biotech guys) do care about public portfolios. They enabled you to create cross-company threads which discussed a number of companies (e.g., recent biotech ipo's) and provided a quick way to see how these were doing.

Furthermore, several people historically shared model biotech portfolios that they managed - these have been instrumental in aiding the growth of SI biotech.

Finally, there is even a popular thread centered around an annual competition for a non-managed biotech portfolio, with the losers paying money to the winner's charity.

Note that for our purposes, even end-of-day prices would be "good enough" (although obviously not as good as 15-min delayed prices).

Given you seem to have quotes available, it's really just a programming project. If you want advice on specs, we'd all be delighted to provide input.
