The Debate: I thought Bush could have provided a better foundation for his position on multi-lateral negotiations with N. Korea.

We need to have a multi-lateral team that can apply diplomatic leverage. The N. Koreans were not honoring their bilateral agreements and there is nothing we can do about that outside of sanctions, force, or involving contries who have some ability to put pressure on them.
