Are you saying that having ninety percent of the Senate more conservative than a person makes them moderate. Bush is certainly more liberal than more than 10% of the Senate, probably more like 45%. that would more closely fit the description of Moderate. To reiterate, using your measurement, Kerry is defined as a liberal. You may not like to have your points used to point his out, but hat does not change the accuracy of the label.
