OVERVOTES' LEANED TO GORE miami.com What does it mean, over votes point to Gore. How does one award an over vote to A over B or C .... Does it mean many B and C were voided by A or many A were voided by B and C. But how would one physically create overvotes in a quick process. The nytimes posted FUD, the analysis was available, but showed democheats a possibility. If there were lots of A + B and and A + C... A was the benefit of the cheat. Punch every A hole theory. If there were lots of A + B + C and B + C A was the target of being screwed. But B and C also got screwed Punch every B and C hole. Also if A were the benefit of the cheat, there would be fewer than normal undervotes. If any 'punch every hole cheat", undervotes would be less than normal.
