LIAR. The rumor is Karl Rove supplied the memos through an operative in Houston. it's a CIA afalse flag type operation typical in the intelligence world. Feed your enemy false documents then info then bust him for using it. Helpiung Rove are former CIA agents who used to work for Bush Sr. when he headed the CIA. I don't know if it can be proven but it makes perfect sense. And I know the Kerry campaign didn't have anything to do with it. Those memos said nothing everyone didn't already know. That's why Rove would have created them. Otherwise, how did rightwing operatives know they were forgeries before they could even see them clearly? I'd say Rove is just as likely a candidate as anyone. His politics are dirty, Texas CIA style. And he hated Rather.
