Fair enough, but my question had to do with the issue of Iraq.

In any case, here's the bottom line. Kerry's own word means squat when it comes to winning the war in Iraq. He says victory is vital, but if he's elected and the situation in Iraq doesn't get substantially better in six to twelve months, he'll change his mind and pull out. Supporters will call it "nuance"; opponents will call it "flipping." But either way, he'll have handed over a huge victory to the terrorists.

But if the situation in Iraq does improve in that very timeframe, all the better for Kerry, but then Bush would be proven right in believing that Iraq was winnable. And just like now, the silence from the anti-war crowd would be deafening.
