Heard John Carlson talking about the R for GWB break-in today...He had a spokeswoman from the Hdq talking...Not only it is in an out of the way place (not a store front easy to 'happen by), but it is in an office building as well. The people who did this knew what computers would have the info, and didn't take anything else but the 3 laptops....There were all sorts of computers there....but whoever did it knew which ones to take. Most everyone left to hear the debate, and then to go to the after functions, and a few of the folks came back to the Hdq and worked for a couple more hours. They shut out the lights about 2 AM....the director came back at 8 AM, so the police know the time frame. What the thieves might not know, is that everything is backed up at the National Hdq...... I hope there is some sort of signature info that will be used if the stolen info is used.
