David, The total foreign reserve China holds from US bonds and stocks is:$275.75 Billion. I don't remember the total from all foriegn country, it is somewhere around $291 billion $30.8 billion was the net reserve from the US only bet. only Sept. 03 and July 04. it was about $33 Billion if include the net reserve from other foreign countries.
