I added a new function. When I wrote the isowner() function, I was doing so for bans. When it came time to do Modify Subject, I said to myself "Self, I've already got a function for checking permission. I'll use isowner()."

I shouldn't listen to myself.

Now the Modify Subject routine includes a function that just checks to see if you own the thread. Ban still checks to see if you own the thread and it's moderated.

Edit: I don't have any way to test it, since both functions are available to you and me, regardless of whether or not we own the thread, so could someone who owns a non-moderated thread check to see if you're now able to modify it?
