Re: I understand ASML knows "real tine" what's going on with their equipment Not sure how far they have come, but I read an article about a year ago about how the companies you mentioned were woefully behind in remote diagnostics. I am not sure if the gap has been closed, but I know they are/were working on closing it, as it is ironic that some of the most advanced machines in the world do not have the capabilities of machines costing a fraction of what they do.....again, I read this a year or so ago, so am not sure how true it still is.
