I think Plotkin was simply cashing in on some options that came available. Although I'm never happy when officers sell, they certainly have a right to do that. Besides, it didn't create all that much dilution. The downside was that it occurred while HAUP daily volume was decreasing and it made it appear that his were the only shares trading. Also, the timing could have been better with the upcoming stockholder meeting. But the good news; it appears he may be finished for now. nasdaq.com
