Thanks for sharing that. It brings up the point that many people, myself included, have used the current low interest rate environment to put themselves in a fundamentally better position in regards to interest expense and cash flow as well as reducing their long term and short term debt levels. We're not all eating the house racking up the debt. Although I do know a few disastrous exceptions, most everyone I know has been doing something similar to what I've been doing (and you've been doing).

Businesswise I find the current environment actually far easier to opperate in than that of the late 1990s. I never have to spend time on collections like I did in the late 1990s.
