I agree with you wholeheartedly. I, too, was somewhat taken aback by the responses that some, who were asking legitimate questions, were given. I think that persons such as aloha and kugler left a bad taste in our collective mouths regarding any negative opinions.

Maybe as a first point of info we could refer newcomers to the OVIS homepage at olympus.com.
