(CCC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Compression & Encryption Technologies Inc. (CYH:ASE) is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Engagement with C.M. Oliver in regards to an Unsecured Convertible Redeemable Debenture Financing via Exchange Offering Prospectus (EOP). On August 25, 1997, C.M. Oliver and Compression & Encryption Technologies Inc. signed a Letter of Engagement for C.M. Oliver to act as financial advisor and exclusive agent to raise on a best effort basis between $0.6 million and $1.9 Million through the offering.
