Well Karl Rove has now latched onto the "global test" like a dog on a bone and now has the chimp out there declaring that the "Kerry doctrine is a dangerous outsourcing of America's security". drawing loud boos from a friendly crowd at a National Association of Home Builders meeting.

Was it just 9/11 that turned so much of America into a collection of zenophobic schmucks susceptible to cheap appeals to their worst instincts from some third-rate huckster like Bush? I just do not understand how Americans could accept such cheesy junk.
