Clarifications

I am an avid mac user. I am just appalled at the lack of direction Apple has been going lately. Even most investor analysts give poor marks to Apple for :

1. expensive products
2. OS development's poor record
3. poor relations with clone makers
4. inability to produce a profit
5. slow release of mac software equivalent
6. decline in educational market
7. products probably ahead of its time and with no practical use
8. inability to market their products
9. declining overall PC share
10....

the list can go on and on. I just wanted to point out all the areas Apple's management has to work on. If everybody agrees that Apple is doing a good job, fine that is their opinion. But I think if any Apple manager reads this boards and see what Mac Users want and things they wanted to change, it would be more constructive than defending all of Apple's accomplishments. I do want Apple to flourish but look at their track record. It makes the average consumer look to the windows machine at the store.
