seems rove accomplished what he wanted by not having bush attack Kerry and keep swing women vote. rove was concerned if Bush attacked Kerry he would lose the women vote they recently gained.. if true no wonder Bush was frustrated. but he stayed on message. Kerry didn't and gave the republicans a lot more juice to throw back at him this week. WORLD TEST gggg
