You obviously are as on top of this subject as you are typewriters, laser printers, typestyles, and fonts.

Clinton and Carter cut the horrible deal with NK which gave them 10 YEARS to build nukes. You can attempt to rewrite history if you want; but the fact will remain that weak liberals have ALWAYS caused nuclear proliferation, and ONLY STRONG CONSERVATIVES HAVE EVER REDUCED PROLIFERATION. Period.
