Clinton lied under oath. The constitution requires that constitutional officers be removed from office through impeachment. The majority of the House, and all honest Senators agreed that Sick Willy's crimes rose to the level of impeachment. Any Senator that voted against the motion for impeachment of Sick Willy is dishonest. Kerry voted against impeachment. Kerry is dishonest.
