Enron and Halliburton were part of the Bush Campaign in 1999. I was just reading that during the Florida recount, Enron and Halliburton provided the private jets for Bush operatives. But that's just the beginning.

Enron did business withe everyone, but Lay and Enron gave more $$$ and help to Bush than any corporation has ever given to any candidate in the history of the country. It was scandalous and Bush lied about it later, pretending he hardly knew Lay and hadn't spoken to him in years. Just complete crass dishonesty and corruption.
