That would only "stifle discussion" on his board, not on the stock.

That depends. If Hollen is "successful" in keeping negativity off his thread and onto Scionist's parallel thread, what would really be stifled is the allure of a message board like Silicon Investor where spiritied freewheeling discussions are routinely the main attraction.
