Brian, Maybe the guy IS a liar; I wouldn't at all dispute your judgement on that. But "A second class country?" I hope you don't mean a second class people. Anybody who lives in China, or even in Toronto:-), will meet despicable scoundrels from China as well as heroic, loveable people from China. The dinner of life is always a mixture.
