I watched some of the Bush gubenatorial debate with Ann Richards before this debate. Bush could form complete sentences, string them together in coherent paragraphs and make sense! He had less of a Texas accent, and an impressive command of the facts and figures involved. What has happend to this guy? What happens if a President goes nuts and his handlers hide it?
