TP, is this a "nuance"? He made bombs from the plutonium that had been controlled until Bush screwed up. Had he not cut off the oil supply and suspended work on the safe reactor, not to mention the implied threat of unilateral invasion, those rods would still be cooling in front of the cameras. I'm out here in flyover country so you might help me out and answer the question. Do you really believe Kim Jong II had no intentions of making nuclear bombs until Bush made him mad?
