The supply-siders would have welcomed a war.

I agree, the pain is probably still yet to come.

Very interesting bit on Reagan in this months Smithsonian. The jury is still out on how history will treat him.

Reagan got a sweet-spot in the 20th century. Maybe Clinton too.
