I don't want the Taliban or any other fundamentalist religious nutcase whackos running any country anywhere. That includes the fundamentalist religious evangelical christian frauds that back Bush. They're all birds of a feather relying on ignorance, propaganda and intimidation to gain power they didn't earn and are out to exploit.

Are you kidding me? You can only think of two choices:

1. Taliban
2. Completely support Bush's total bs about Afghan elections

Bush is a liar and/or he's completely lost touch with reality. Who didn't support going after OBL in Afghanistan? The Canadians? The Old Europeans? Who?

Don't be ridiculous. Afghanistan, having lost its government and having descended into war lordism, has increased production of heroin by over 2000%. It is now the producer of some 75% of the world's heroin.

That's useful. Karzai, US Puppet, is mayor of central Kabul and requires a contingent of Americans to protect himself at all times. He even had to high tail it back home because of violence near a campaign stop.

Voting is only DEMOCRACY when it's actually democratic. Putin gets votes which is easy because he controls the media and intimidates or arrests political opponents. Saddam got votes and that meant Iraq was a DEMOCRACY.

If you believe that then Bush toppled a democratically elected government in Iraq and imposed foreign occupation and something approaching martial law. Yep. That works.
