Spotted Cat: About that border...You forgot Canada's sentry, the weather. Sure, the U.S. has softened up Canada over the years with big Macs and pop culture, and we have many residents experienced at crossing even patrolled borders. But cross one to freeze? I fear our people are too addled by the cultural decline we've been exporting to take over Canada. U.S. government policies may, however, produce some future waves of legal or non-threatening immigrants so you Canadians can practice your tolerance. As a diversity/tolerance bonus, Canada offers two cultures and languages into which immigrants can decline assimilation.
