I recall in 2001 here and on HTP there were many posters giving well reasoned evaluations of why home buiders were good shorts. I made some good green shorting them with their volatility. But I would be much more well off today if I just went long and held them for a few years. Sooner or later they will crash and burn, but I am in no hurry to get in front of the train, I am sure there have been many wrecked by that train. Do you plan on riding that home builders trend down with shorts. What is the symbol for the Japanese 10 year note?
