Ted, re: Since WW II, the deficits pretty much have come down under every Dem. president and gone up under every GOP president. Another urban legend...........the stock market does better under a GOP president. WRONG! Since WW II, the stock market has grown fastest under Dem. presidents. And those two points are most likely related. John
