I agree and if he pulled out a piece of paper, it should be disclosed and discussed. As I posted before, I had seen some moronic blogger cited on several other message boards, claiming that Bush had an earpiece getting instructions, presumably from Cheney and that was why he kept pausing or looking continually befuddled.

I don't see why bringing in a cheat sheet should be prohibited. As someone who went through a period where professors allowed "open book," I found that I preferred no book as it just wasted your time in getting to real thinking. Kind of like the idiots who just "cut and paste" all over the place here, basing their extremist views on blogs and blather from neo-writers.

But - if it was prohibited and from what I read it was, Kerry seems to have violated his agreement and that is a legitimate issue.
