LIAR. Kerry is not even close to the most liberal. You have swallowed that rightwing BS hook, line and sinker. Kerry is the #10 most liberal which means he's not very liberal. He used to be more liberal in the 70's and early 80's, but those days are long gone. Kerry voted for war powers, balanced budgets, welfare reform and the biggest defense budgets in history. He is also NOT for full national health care as Bush claims/lies and these are all moderate not liberal positions.

Bushies hate it that Kerry is a centrist war hero so they set out to destroy in the public's mind those two things. So they started with the smearvets BS barrage.

The way they got "most liberal" was by taking 2003 only, when Kerry was busy campaigning and only returned to vote for a few wedge issues which the GOP tricked him into voting for. On those there is only yes or no, so one is 100% liberal and the other 100% conservative. Get it?
