Joe Kennedy made his fortune on Wall St before the Security & Exchange Commission was created. The rules changed AFTER he acquired the wealth & if you researched Republicans during the same period you would find many of them employed the same investment techniques with the corresponding wealth accumulation.. Filter out the lowest level charges during political campaigns and you'll get a firmer handle on the truth. It's impossible for ALL Democrats to be criminals and ALL Republicans above reproach. We need more moderation in American politics. The current polarization does not bode well for the country's future. Fact is that there are saints & sinners on both sides.
