Pat - If you try to do a private placement or an offer of stock to shareholders' the Investment houses wil tunr on you and kill you with bad press. If Solomon Bros. does the secondary offering and get their (Vig) read that as more than fair compensation the can greese the Wall Street wheels in your favor. It does not pay to go with the cheap firms because they do not have the clout. if Solomon will take you and you are willing to pay, no questions they can keep the secondary offering from bringing the price of the shares down and may even raise them. You have to have a great story to give them something to work with. [Pat - Chat] Talk about rage. i stopped to buy Fake Oakley sunglasses for the kids and neices and a punk put his hands on my $40 and was slapping the little vendor around. He started screaming and I put down my bag and chased him across 42nd street. This city is a zoo! How can I help with financial info?
