Ok you say this is incoherent, you say this is talking in code.

My reply was to your post.
"We can do much better on the economy. We can do much better in Iraq." From: ChinuSFO 10/4/2004 9:28:36 AM

We can do better..... how, what, where.(this is rhetorical)

(followed by statements) there is a nutural path of growth. It tracks time. It can nudged slightly in a positive or negative direction.

obserbations on kerry and lack qualification of a clue about how, what, where.

kerry has never build or created anyting in his entire life. kerry could not even have a successful marriage. He had two children with a woman and had not properly married her. That's what I call really poor planning.

examples of kerry showing kerry clueless.
he spent 4 months in Vietnam and more who were there say more often than not he wounded himself and not the enemy. Maybe there are a few others of the hundreds of thousands who served in Vietnam who wounded themselves more than once. But in four months, kerry may be the only one.

(What does the above examinatin mean.)
Such a record gives no indication of how, what, where.
(I judge and give an opinion as a person who has walked the walk)
I have created, I have authored, I have built.

(final observation.)
kerry has no record, just words, words that often conradict previous words.
