Your post is filled with twisted words, misrepresentations, cover ups for Bush's failures and pessimism. Where do I start? - Yes Bush pulled out crucial counter-terror assets from Afghanistan before the job was done. Replacing them were peacekeepers. But the armed drones and Hunter-Killer terams were transfered to Iraq for the most part. - Kerry is not a trial lawyer - Bush IS a liar. However I have never heard Kerry use that word. He he has, it's in a broader sense. The Bushies lie to us. Bush however "misleads" us. That's more polite. - Tommy Franks told Bob Graham he would have gone after Yemen and Somalia long before Iraq if the goal were to fight terrorists. Franks also condemns smearvets BTW, as well he should. - Kerry is the #1 expert on loose nukes in the senate and will be very aggressive on securing them. Four years is a challenge but not impossible. Bush's plan puts us at greater risk. Bush also lied saying he'd upped the budget 35%. It was 9%. Bush also lied saying he'd b rought the Kahn network to justice. In fact, they were not punished at all.
