02/17/04 KIWI Network Solutions, Inc., Finalizes a Joint Venture Memorandum of Understanding to Build, Manage and Own a Wireless Internet and Telephony Company Under Exclusive Equity Partnership with the Sultanate of OMAN and TELTEK Canada

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- KIWI Network Solutions, Inc., (KWNS - news) (www.kiwi.thetreaty.com and www.kiwimobile.com) announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with TELTEK Canada, a telecommunications company based in Toronto. KIWI Network Solutions Inc. will be the majority owner and managing partner of the venture. KIWI will manage and jointly own a new wireless cellular and WI-FI network, complete with existing 2-way Voice, Video and Audio, and Data Over Internet Protocol, Internet and Application Service Provisioning, network operating structure along with device and handset distribution in partnership with the Oman Government. TELTEK warrants and represents that TELTEK has secured a conditional exclusive contract with the Government of the Sultanate of Oman estimated to capture a potential existing 75% market share of Oman's average $150.00/month potential one million individual cellular and ISP subscribers.
