LAS VEGAS, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Players Network, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: PNTV) jointly announced the signing of a Letter of Intent with KIWI Network Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: KWNS) . The Letter of Intent grants Players Network exclusive worldwide distribution, marketing and content rights in the gaming and sports wagering sector that includes all land/sea-based and online gaming markets and related environments.
KIWI's interactive desktop broadband platform, wireless mobile virtual network and device provides Players Network with an interactive application and distribution infrastructure to deliver its gaming-centric content in multiple digital formats on a host of networks and protocols. KIWI's advanced communications applications and transmission technologies enable Players Network to deliver 2-way, real-time, interactive broadcast, video/audio interactive gaming applications. KIWI's applications allow live interactive video event simulcasting with real-time return-path data capture in text, with multiple programs and video connections running concurrently.
