Yes I got the letter too. I am not sure what I make of it but do know that OCCF has good fundamentals and a growing list of international sales customers so I see no reason to expect bad news in the near future. If other SI readers have a better take on the certificates issue, feel free to add. One of my questions was would getting certificates for my holdings require a fee from my broker and how hard would it be to sell my shares once they were in certificate form?
