KIWI Network Solutions Inc. and Teltek Canada have commenced formal negotiations with regional based carriers to offer a Packet Based Broadband Service and Device Network in Yemen. The MOU forms the first part of a consortium being finalized by KIWI and Teltek Canada with a series of operating technology partners.
