FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2004--KIWI Network Solutions, Inc., (KWNS - news) , www.kwnsmobile.com, announced the signing of an additional Memorandum of Understanding with TELTEK Canada, a telecommunications company based in Toronto. KIWI Network Solutions Inc. and TELTEK Canada have commenced formal negotiations with regional based carriers to offer a Packet Based Broadband Service and Device Network in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The MOU forms the first part of a consortium being finalized by KIWI and TELTEK Canada with a series of operating technology partners.
TELTEK Canada Inc. is a privately held Ontario Corporation, headquartered in Toronto with regional offices in Muscat, Oman and Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The principals of TELTEK operate a number of regional technology based enterprises in the Middle Eastern Region.
KIWI is a developer of an International Mobile Virtual Network Operator (IMVNO) platform that enables the delivery of 2-Way VOICE/VIDEO/AUDIO/DATA/SHORT MESSAGING over Internet Protocol, Cellular, Short Messaging, 802.11B/G and other networks.
