The information had been leaked for months prior to 9/11 and the impending attack was common knowledge in the world intelligence community. The reports received by the White House are numerous and well documented. Isn't that a bit redundant, if not a patently ridiculous concept? If, as the thesis is on this thread, the Bush Administration was "behind" the September 11th attacks, wouldn't they have to have known about them? More relevantly, though: how would you undertake explaining the rather confusing brinksmanship behind - as your theory appears to have it - the government launching an attack against its own people while simultaneously seeding the various intelligence-gathering services with information to that exact effect?
