08/04/04 KIWI Network Solutions Inc. to File an Amended 8-K
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 2004--KIWI Network Solutions Inc. ("KIWI or the "Company") (KWNS - news) announced today that further to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 3, 2004, the Company will file an amended 8-K clarifying the various points previously disclosed.
The amended 8-K will include the acceptance of resignations of the named directors and the appointment of new directors to the Board. The amended 8-K will further disclose that the new Board of Directors has appointed an interim CEO.
The Company has not discontinued operations of its business. The Company vehemently refutes and will aggressively defend any actions and assertions that its core business and technology is not viable. The Company has obtained and secured valuable contracts and assets and will announce additional contract signings.
