08/06/04 KIWI Investigates Unauthorized Information Posted on the KIWI Website
TORONTO, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KIWI Network Solutions, Inc., (OTCBB:KWNS - News) has discovered that its corporate website has been tampered with and its content deleted without the authorization of the Company's Officers and Directors, or the Company's affiliates. Information posted on the website, including information on the Company's recent filing of an amended Form 8-K/A has been deleted and unauthorized statements posted to the Company's website.
The Company is investigating this matter, taking steps to restore the Company's website and will add appropriate measures to lessen the possibility of tampering to the Company's website in the future. The Company is also pleased to announce that it has retained John R. Jones of Delgado, Acosta, Braden, & Jones, P. C.
