TORONTO, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KIWI Network Solutions Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB:KWNS - News), a developer and integrator of web-based, wireless network applications and wireless device technology, announced today that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a positive revenue generating technology company, Los Angeles California based, Urban Technology Ventures LLC.
This intended acquisition further demonstrates the Company's path to fulfilling its business objectives.
