This particular line is a lie, that Kerry would "surrender American soveriegnty to international institutions". He has specifically stated many times that he would NEVER do this. However that doesn't mean international treaties are not for the good of America. The opposite tact, to keep the US out of international treaties of any kind of absolving world leadership. Isolationism of the US instead of isolating the terrorists.
