All of you who think Bush is going to lose need to remember that the polls have consistently shown a good but starting to slip Bush lead on an overall national vote count basis. Most of these polls don't show Electoral College votes, where the Bush lead is a lot more substantial. I still expect a tight race on a national basis, but it looks increasingly like an EC win for Bush regardless of the total tally.

At the bottom of the chart is a very good analysis of the polling figures for the battle ground states. Bush is doing very well in them, including Fla. and Ohio.
