Kerry, Of course he will magically do this without spending even more money and without raising taxes...except on the RICH. Trouble is that according to Kerry, about 65%-70% of the population is RICH.

Maybe we should endure four years of Kerry just to drive this point home with the nation. Of course by then, he will have expanded social spending by a significant amount, and no one following him would be able to cut it.
