And where exactly are the FOIA obtained Kerry records?

Did anybody ever manage to get them? Are they posted? Where?

I have read all of the docs posted at the Kerry site, but they seem quite sparse and sometimes a bit confusing and incomplete. They also seem to suffer from the multi-generation copy syndrome and hence somewhat difficult to read in some places.

I would be particularly interested in his schrapnel.
