I may be grateful about a lot of things but, I can't say that I swell with pride. The times I've been involved in the justice system, the results were fair, although not always in my favor. But I am grateful that the system was fair to me. What do I see as central to the concept of America? I see the law of the jungle. Only the strong survive. It may not be pretty but, neither are we. We take what we want and we enforce what we want. We're the big dog and we take advantage of that power. We look out for our own interests and if that helps others fine. We don't look out for the interests of others if it contradicts our own interests. dabum
